I don't think this is related to Corrupt the Spire. Because of the nature of the bug, the stack trace doesn't really give any information about what caused it; the only reason Corrupt the Spire is mentioned is probably because you have a relic that's giving you corruption whenever you gain a card (e.g. Corrupted Egg).

So there's really nothing to indicate which mod is causing this from the stack trace, and this seems more likely to be caused by one of your 100+ other mods. Unless you have a way to reproduce this that shows it happens with Corrupt the Spire running and doesn't happen otherwise?

So, no idea which mod might be responsible?
Then I can send them the debug log to look at?
