Lemur, after you enable the Perk System on your follower's settings, does a button labeled "Buy Perk" show on the follower's stats window?

If it doesn't check MoP Admin Settings and make sure that the Perk System is enabled there too.

If it's still not working try disabling the Perk System, save, then enable it again on both MoP Admin Settings and your follower's MoP Settings.

Lastly, if all else fails, kill your player character (not your follower). For reasons that I can't explain some issues happen with the player character that affect MoP, and a "hard reset" (death of the player character) is the only solution.

I did what been descriped by you.
I died 3 times to make sure, then disable perk system in admin settings and normal settings then died again and enable.
but this was still issue with perks.

Even i did go further, then i unsub and sub mod
start checking files of game via steam.
Create new char in multichar mod to make sure
And all is need to check is create new game and look if this issue still there.

(dont pay attention to my char in thrall/rhino menu, cus this is bugged by pippi mod)

And i forgot to mention about perks that they displays x2 stats
like assasin perk gives you Strenght +3 and accuracy +3
and they shows as double.
(you can see on thrall and rhino menu on screenshoots on perk display)
But they are not added to thrall bonuses
(only original one bonuses are added to thrall)
What more is that even if perk will be chosen automaticly, bonuses are not added at all
such as +3 on pets of course

My old thralls have set perks normally by me, but i cant add more
(cus only 2 were added out of 3 and there was one more slots was still available but now i cant set them now)


And last thing, i dunno if this bug... but when using potion to reset attribute and perks.
Instead of reseting those 2 thing, it also reset lvl of pets and thralls.
And this is normal or i just misunderstood effect of this potion?
Cus i didnt know that this resets lv as well.

Ok, your screenshots helped a lot. I can guarantee to you that the Pets and Thralls lvl 40 mod is causing the issue.

Both mods change the visual elements of the Stats Window but my changes are being overwritten by the lvl 40 mod. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that. Try to see if the lvl 40 mod allows you to disable their perk functionality, if not i'm afraid you will have to use a different mod that raises the followers max lvl.

About the Potion of Puppet Memory, it does reset your follower's lvl as described in the documentation here.

So i did remove mod with 40lv for thrall and pets, and give other one, and its fixed so far.
Apparently MoP is not compalite with this mod.
