Exilir of the Master of puppets

Hey i appreciate very much your mod, but when i see your update of this day, the new exilir for pet & thralls which can keep thier level, but i can't find it how to craft it, i didn't find in features, so can we craft or we can just claim it to someone with admin command ?

The Elixir is not craftable. Only admins can spawn it.
