Cosmetic:
I suggest removing those wires and place the bottom of the barrel back :)
Makes almost the same noise as the hitman's heatmaker but with a smaller caliber

These are all just suggestions just choose which u think is sensible or practical for the weapon.

+very little firing sound (this wont actually be a stat, but the sound will be small)

-fires tracer rounds
-25% damage
-4 shot clip
shots fired make almost no noise
+50% ammo
-30% damage
-when not cloaked laser is shown
+bullets fly to where the laser is

pros:
-shooting doesn't break disguise
-weapon maches to the disguised person
cons:
-100% damage penalty
-no critical hits
use it when your knife is more important to you and this can be used to be a more effective spy by letting them think you are one of them.
Everyone else sickens me, LOL. Seriously this or the OP's stats are the best.
+ Unknown Assassin: No sound from any enemies when killed, and each kill stores a critical hit.
+ 20% Firing Speed
+ 15% Damage Bonus
+ Shooter doesn't lose disguise when shooting
- Critical hits make an ungodly loud sound, thus attracting players
- 25% Player speed
- 30% Slower weapon transition time (changing weapons)
- Player gets marked for death during Disguise.
lol this is way better then everyone else's suggestions.
I would advise plus 20-30 % cloak though.
