Why's the Spy loading air?
Where's the speedloader and the bullets while reloading?

Kinda something Valve never did. Every spy pistol execpt for stock just loads air.

You're wrong. Enforcer has speedloader and bullets being loaded normally and now, thanks to Paysus, other revolvers do that too: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/132229
