Idea for Stats
-35 health on wearer,
-increased uncloak time (+0.5 seconds)
-increased disguise wait (+1.1 seconds)
-no random critical hits
-1 kill upon feigned death by dead ringer.
+upon successful backstab, gain +1 kills
+each kill gives +15 max hp and decreases disguise wait (-0.4 seconds) and uncloak time. (-0.2 seconds)
+maximum of 4 kills.
