I have finished translating "Medieval Arts - More Special Buildings" into French. All the gaps I added are for this mod... I'm starting the translation of "Medieval Arts".

- building_type_ct_a_abbey_kelso_01_desc:0 "#F The monks began building the abbey in 1128 and it was completed in 1143. The abbey quickly grew to become one of the richest and largest abbeys in Scotland.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_castle_whittington_01_desc:0 "#F The site was fortified as a castle for William Peverel in 1138. As a Welsh Marches castle, it was built on the border of Wales and England, very close to the historic fort of Old Oswestry.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_cathedral_exeter_01_desc:0 "#F Built from the 12th century onwards in Norman architecture, then in Gothic style from the middle of the 13th century onwards, in decorated style, and completed for the most part around 1400, it is dedicated to the apostle Peter.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_abbey_glastonbury_01_desc:0 "#F King Ine of Wessex is said to have ordered a stone church to be built in 712, Glastonbury was ravaged by the Vikings in the 9th century. The abbey church was enlarged during the 10th century and underwent extensions and alterations until 1213.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_abbey_sherborne_01_desc:0 "#F The Benedictine abbey was founded in 998 by Wulfsige III.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_cathedral_winchester_01_desc:0 "#F Winchester Cathedral was built from 1079 by the Norman Vauquelin of Winchester, royal chaplain and bishop of Winchester from 1070 to 1098. At 169 m long, it is much larger than any church in Normandy and England.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_market_chichester_01_desc:0 "#F This cross was built by Edward Story, Bishop of Chichester from 1477 to 1503, but little is known with certainty and the style and ornamentation of the building suggest that it may date from the reign of Edward IV. An earlier wooden cross was erected on the same site by Bishop William Reade (1369-1385).#!"

- building_type_ct_a_castle_rochester_01_desc:0 "#F Between 1087 and 1089, Rufus asked Gondulf, Bishop of Rochester, to build a new stone castle at Rochester. Situated on the eastern bank of the Medway and on Watling Street, Rochester was a strategically important royal castle. In the late medieval period it helped to protect the south east coast of England from invasion.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_castle_dover_01_desc:0 "#F Dover Castle is a stone castle that replaced an earlier 11th century earth and timber castle, altered several times, which stands above the town of Dover in the county of Kent, England.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_castle_colchester_01_desc:0 "#F The keep is one of the earliest Norman buildings in England. The castle was built at the request of William the Conqueror and designed by Gundulf, Bishop of Rochester. Construction began between 1069 and 1076 and was overseen by Eudes de Ryes, who became seneschal of the castle when it was completed. Construction stopped in 1080 due to a threat of Viking invasion, but by 1100 the castle was complete.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_castle_northampton_01_desc:0 "#F Northampton Castle was one of the most famous Romanesque castles in England. It was built in 1084, under the direction of Simon I de Senlis, the first Earl of Northampton. It took several years to complete.#!"

- building_type_ct_a_castle_man_01_desc:0 "#F When Godred Crovan, King of Man, unified the kingdom of Man and the Hebrides, the castle became the seat of Manx power. The castle is surrounded by walls which include St Patrick's Church and the Round Tower, built from the 11th century onwards. The castle then housed the flats of the Lords of the Isle of Man.#!"

Holy damn, you're fast!
Thanks for the work mate, really
Once you've finished feel free to message me directly so we can talk about inserting it all into the mod directly (or as a separate one run by you, if you want to maintain control over it)

Love the mod!

Would be amazing if you'd add this church in sicily

Unfortunately @AIRock the mod is no longer in development, so no new buildings will be added.

i would like to see the ability to convert religious buildings to your religion. Like converting a christian church into a mosque. Or converting a mosque into a Christian church.

It would be nice if you can change that if you reform your religion with Syncretism, that you can use the buildings of said religion. With such a tenet you can use other religions artifacts, so why not their buldings as well.

Hopefully you can do this despite having ended the mods development

That's not a half-bad idea actually!
If I implement it though, it will likely only be for the original Medieval Arts mod, as the script here is too old
