How to use this?
So confused, how do I use this? I can't find instructions.

I was in the same boat but I figured it out.
To anyone who is still looking for an answer, there is a "MODS" button on the main menu of the game. Find mod manager in there, enable it and go back to the main menu. It should reload the lua so that next time you enter the mod selection screen it will load all the mod manager options.
