Some thoughts...
Why do the squeaky doors open so fast compared to other maps? I am sure this was intentional, but why? Was it so that rushing was easier? It just seems a bit odd when every other official map uses a slower door speed.

The curved stairs at A bombsite should be clipped smoother in my opinion. I think it should be like the stairs leading to A site from CT spawn on Mirage. Right now the stairs on your map are slightly bumpy.

Why do you use ramps for the squeaky room at B instead of stairs? Is that realistic?

T spawn is a little cramped.

If you the path directly to the right of T spawn until you get to the corner, why is that fence there? It seems very odd that the fence is just out in the open like that. Doesn't really add to the map gameplay wise and is sort of just a nuisance. In addition, the other fence next to it, the one with 2 dumpsters up against it, should be clipped so that you don't get stuck in the middle when moving against it.

In squeaky room at B, if you head out the garage door and look to the right, you can see 2 porta potties, and the left one has its door misplaced; it is not connected to the hinge.

The stairs leading into the house directly in front of T spawn (the one with the high voltage sign) are not clipped.

At CT spawn, turn right, go up the stairs, go up the ramp, and walk to the broken wall. Look through the fence. About 10-20 feet in front of you, there is a shadow on the snow. If you noclip into it, it is very weird and blocky.

You seem to have a few points in the map you can walk over, which I personally dislike. For example the railings on squeaky, they are too short, and I think they should be taller. Then you have the two table things in the corner of the map if you go right fron T spawn. They seem pointless and unnatural and I think you should remove them so you have to jump over them like any other object in the official maps.

Remember this is my opinion and some of these may have been intentional. Just thought I would say it anyway.
