I believe that the reason for this is because the mechanics related to seeing the character inside the car are still quite incomplete. So unfortunately we will have to wait for new game updates to fix this.

Other mods that also have the possibility to see the player inside the car, have the same problem.

I reported the bug with that specific mod to KI5 as well.

Since there are other car mods out there where it doesn't happen I thought it was fixable but just unknown, I really have no idea how you even make these.

The reason this doesn't happen in most other mods is because in them the character is invisible. In order for it to be visible, it needs to be enabled through the script, but since the vast majority are static cars, which there is no way to see the interior, there is no need to activate the character's visibility.
