1. Removed Shop Quotes as a dependency and fixed related crash.

1. Lihzarhd Power Cells and Truffle Worms work properly with the Non-Consumable Boss Summons config.
2. Non-Consumable Boss Summons config now does not change stack size or research requirement of boss summons.
3. Fixed Providence Claymore tooltip.
4. Fixed wings from Emerald Core and upgrades showing even with other wings in vanity.
5. Fixed custom sounds causing an error.
6. Fixed mod being disabled when starting a server with it enabled.
