how do you change a size of a cloth?

so i saw some videos of the cloth by the guy who made this mod, and in one of them he got to change the size of the cloth, will it be a feature in the menu in a later update? or can you do it now just only in the dev ( i guess) console

cloth is made out of gwater but another texture and physics
