Cant upload addon, help?

Following the tutorial in the template, trying to upload it now, its saying that sound/nombat_ext_gamename.lua cannot be uploaded, what do I do?

There's actually two of those .lua files in the template_addon folder, one already where it needs to be. Delete it.
