If you mean the original casino building, there is a mod option to hide the original building.

It locks it in the build menu, so it can't be built, but is still visible.

The mod option to hide it doesn't seem to work.

Try toggling the hide option off, applying, then toggling it back on and applying again. Works for me. I'll need to investigate further.
