Are there any instructions on how to set this up for multiplayer ona dedicated server?

I guess you can ref REforged eden dedicated server setup .
in short, you just need to find out steamapps/workshop/<id>/some number ... usually the most updated directory if you just subscribed Star Salvage.
Copy the directory into Empyrion - dedicated Server / Content/ Scenrio
Start EAH to setup . then u go.
