Cruisers

went to terran wharf and ship yard can buy all ships they have no blueprints to sell and none of the cruisers are showing up to buy

This is very strange. I have tested this and both ships and blueprints are available. Which Terran faction you tried to purchase blueprints from? Segaris should not have them, only the Terran Protectorate do.

It seem that having ship mods in the Documents extensions folder don't work always, If you put the ships in the game directory extensions folder they work
