Inventory enabler + Piggy Bank enabler not working

Hi. I'm confused on how to make them work together. piggy enabler says i can't have the inventory enabler before it but the inventory enabler says it will use the piggy enabler if present. What does that mean? Because i can't equip both at the same time. tried everything i came up with. Pls help
