"Network checksum mismatch" means you are on a different version of the map than the server you are trying to join is hosting. Usually this means that there has been a recent update and you are on an older version of the map trying to connect to a server with an updated/newer version. To fix this do the following: Exit pavlov completely, unsub from the map, give it a few seconds then subscribe to the map again then launch pavlov and join the server and it should work.
