teleporting around like I have schizophrenia enabled

I completely uninstalled this wonderful mod because I keep bugging and teleporting around, and its still happening in my game even though I completely removed this mod's files. Any suggestions? I keep teleporting into a black screen of death

this is a serious problem, i have over 300 mods installed they all work and this wont stop happening. I uninstalled this mod and its still happening. It took over a week to get my game modded the way it is, and this might force me to start over from scratch. Ouch.
