As you can see there already are a bunch of open air parking spaces near the North wall. About the wood camp, I'm not sure it's really all that necessary as the surrounding woods aren't that deep, being surrouded by either road, railroad or the lake. If you mean a shooting range then I can't say I'm a big fan of the idea of buildings without a practical purpose. Maybe you could move around some furniture and add targets in th barn field :D
