Why does all provinces cost 1 victory point on peace conferences?
I am loving this mod but this seriously changed the feeling for me :/

As written in the description, the mod has been balanced for multiplayer, so player-led peace conference is integrated and the state costs are fixed to 1 to avoid problems in multiplayer games but if you enable the remove mp tools in the game rules, it returns to normal.
