Clear one of this mod's tech tiers
Every time you research one of this game's late game techs, particularly most often those categorized as "dark matter" or "specter nanite" techs, it increases your tally towards unlocking the next tech tier. If this somehow became dysfunctional due to either an old save, use of console commands to research techs out of order, or an event misfire, then the below will complete the progress towards the listed tier. For exmaple, "slgt_tier_6_cleared" will complete progress in tier 6 and allow you to build this mod's tier 7 techs.
