Is there a Command to disable the automatic tornado spawning?

is they turn off and on that tornade?

Tornadoes basically wont form.

I don't know if the command ent_fire tornado_case_weak messed with the spawn rate but now tornadoes are forming around once an hour, and the sirens will go off but no tornado will form.
Please help.
