Suggestion: Max Number of Psycasts
If a pawn uses Keep on Linking with Choice of Psycasts, he'll eventually have all the good psycasts, and a bunch of filler psycasts clogging up the ability bar.

For the sake of both QoL and balance, what if every time a pawn got more than 6 psycasts, he'd have to choose to delete one of the old ones?

I recommend Vanilla Psycasts Expanded , it adds a bunch of extra stuff, a handy UI, ability to choose, as well as the ability to create Psycast sets.

Unfortunately, although VPE has an absolutely amazing UI for creating psycast sets, it has inherent balance and compatibility issues that can't be patched or disabled.
