Does anyone else think the expansion is a little loot heavy?

I started a new save in the rosewood expansion and immediately found a sledge hammer, two crowbars, and a welding mask. I spawned in the two story warehouse/Ikea place. Did I get lucky or is the expansion to easy?

somewhat yes, compared to vanilla...and ESPECIALLY Dirkea :) i struggled with sledgehammer and generator...thought they don't spawn even (but they do)
