Expansion not showing on map or minimap

Started a new game and noticed some critical changes

Does anyone else think the expansion is a little loot heavy?

Map is not generating when creating a new world

I recently went to create a zomboid server and usually Rosewood is the city that me and my friends like to spawn and with this mod it got even better

But apparently the expansion is not being generated, although it is possible to spawn in it, you end up spawing in the middle of nowhere with only grass around.
