Innovator Tech Missing
I did the Certast (machine intelligence) Civic start and when i got the ascension perk "Pathway of our Empire" I unlocked the research option for Willpower ship type (engineering) and Iltir-Shield (physics) but NOT the Innovator megastructure (society) Is this a Bug?

Check the perk description, the Certast can not get the Innovator structure =)

When i Hover over the Certast civic perk it says "can unlock the Pathway of our empire ascension perk" and the ascension perk says "unlocks the innovator Megastructure. Finishing it's last stage lets the Certus &Certast creat habitable artificial planets."
