Weapon repairing, need help.
I want to build/repair m16 for me and My teammates, however I don't know where to find the M16 parts used to repair, nor do I know where and how to craft them.

I take it it's not the reloading tool, but I don't know if There's a crafting bench where You can make these

i only got the M16 parts from dismantling a broken m16 (and must be equiped in hand for that, so wait to c0ck the m16 until you are in front of the table. You cant equip a totally broken weapon but when you c0ck any gun to extract the bullet in the reload camera, the broken gun will be equiped.)

So you need to build the "Banco de Recarga" in spanish (recharge bank i guess in english?) to unlock the option "dismantle gun" and got 1 of those M16 part (repair the m16 to 100%).

Other option, just fusion a broken m16 with other one to repait it to 75% durability.
In both ways you will loose one m16... i never found any "gun part" via looting.
