it woud de fun to heafe stats of cource we shoud combine it wifh a medigun or replace the curinge gun

They should attach this to a medi gun, like with the quick fix, THEN we could have stats

I think this should replace the primary, and work much like the blutsauger, but with healing with you medigun...

x1.5 ubercharge speed
or
x1.5 overheal
-1 health per second on wearer
On medigun use- +4 health per second on wearer

The problem with making this a cosmetic is that you need to be able to see what kind of medi-gun the medic is using from the backpack as well as the gun.
If this makes it into the game, then only as a secondary replacement.

I personaly would like a more offensive type of helping the other players. Say, buffing the speed (of the medic & the healed player) and like a 10% damage increase to healed players (or more) but sacrificing max health for the medic and no overheal. What do you guys think?

There're other misc backpacks for the Medic. The Scrap Pack and Emerald Jarate, for example. The Vaccinator even removes the backpack and gives you a fanny pack instead.

+Can cure yourself and the pacient
+2x Overheal

-If you use for a long time, it will overheat
