I don't think........
I don't think this should have any stats. I mean, really, everybody is so obsessed with giving it like 20 over powered statistics. I mean just add three at most. It doesn't need to be anything OP, it just needs a perfect stat(s).

As I said, you only need 3 new stats. People have been saying "It damages everyone on the opposing team in a 6/5 foot radius. I'm sorry, but that's just plain stupid. I mean for God's sake, it doesn't need to be a Huo-Long Heater!!! I personally would just give it a new taunt, maybe 20/25 percent more overheal, and finally, the taunt could have a healing aura/chain effect healing for only 2 people? It wouldn't (uber) Overcharge the second person.

I it doesn't need to be over-powered, and if the owners of the item see this post,
create your own stat ideas, you don't the to be dependent on the people posting all the stupid stats they have given it.

I was the one who posted the huo-long idea. Its radioactive so i thought if your healing someone it would do a lime green circle around you like it.

Yes I know, and I think that's a bit over-powered, and you also gave it a ton more stats than just that.

Valve are the one that make the stats, and they don't read discussion pages. They make stats entirely of their own volition.
