Offer the following characteristics for a given thing

+ The rate of accumulation ubercharge + 35 %
+ Duration ubercharge = 10 seconds
+ The speed of recovery of the health of the medic + 4 units/s
+ The rate of recovery of patient's health 34 units per second

- Overheal build rate - 23%
- Overheal - 26%
- Speed of movement - 10
- The patient receives damage from radiation during treatment at a rate of 5 units/s and within three seconds after stopping treatment

Предлагаю следующие характеристики для данного предмета

+ Скорость накопления убер-заряда + 35 %
+ Длительность убер-заряда = 10 секунд
+ Скорость востановления здоровья у игрока + 4 ед/с
+ Скорость восстановления здоровья пациента 34 единиц в секунду

- Скорость перелечивания - 23%
- Перелечивание - 27%
- Скорость передвижения - 10
- Пациент получает урон от радиации во время лечения в размере 5 ед/с и в течении трех секунд после прекращения лечения

Very nice! I like it a lot! Especially the the last one where the patient takes damage from the RADS, Except i might add/suggest this to it:
You have a RAD meter(with number) at the bottom of you're screen. While healing, this meter slowly fills up(and the number increases.) Once it reaches 500 RADS, then the patient takes damage.
:P i like everything else though, very nice. :P
