I've been having an issue where the mod manager does not seem to be adding mods to the multiplayer game I'm running (not dedicated server).

Adding mods via mod manager adds them to the "Mods" tab for the server but not the "Steam Workshop tab". The mods will not work until I add them to the "Steam Workshop" tab.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod manager to no avail. At first I thought it only modified the "mods" section of the server, but I had a friend test and it modified the "Steam Workshop" section as well.

I'm not sure how to proceed from here.
