seems to be a bug
after i use the cure i am still queasy and a nervous wreck and my health is still declining to a half anyone knows why?

Probably because it doesn't change stress or sickness, just removes zombie virus. (I'm assuming).

At the least it makes sense that the stress isn't going away, but sickness takes time to reduce as well unless it is supposed to reduce sickness too.
