I must say i havent modded for the game in a while now, but this part was still an unfinished part of my mod to be compatible with celsius. so if u could point me in the right direction i would make a patch.

ah well it might have even changed since you last tried it, what temperature things are you talking about, do you mean heat pushers? like coolers or heater, any that effect vanilla rimworld should work with Celsius now. The main things you have to add to Walls, Doors, Sometimes Terrain, and Materials. Each of the patches that come with the mod show examples for each of these.

Hey I was wondering if you have any insight on this but I'm trying to create a patch for this mod to add heat transfer through constructed roofs in the same way heat transfer works through walls. Since roofs are not a structure in this game, it's a bit strange and I'm still trying to figure it out. Do you have any suggestions?

that would be a c# solution im afraid. Dont think there is any xml way or current mod that allows you to alter roofs that way.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did seem to manage to reference the constructed roof through an xpath and tack on some variables from the celsius mod to it, but I don't think it did anything. Do you have any suggestions for how you would go about doing this? I don't know much about modding rimworld yet, but I am somewhat familiar with C#. Any pointers or suggestions would be of help

i did try doing this myself using the expanded roofs mod. However i was unsuccessful. I havnt touched c# for rimworld myself, so your best bet is to look up guides online. And using programs like JetBrains dotPeek to see what other peoples assembly flies look like.

I couldnt figure out why my freezer wasnt chilling right and scoped my mod list for culprits.

Removed proxy heat but turns out thats not it... saw this mod and came here to look... realized this was it since it did heat per cell.

Now im seeing other people have the same issue with freezers... Why hasnt the freezer issue been resolved?
