Seeder Trailer is broken

sorry if im blind but how do you find the tractor and the attachments cause ive been lookin for ages and still havent found it

Seeder Wheels Bug

If you remove the wheels on the seeder you can't put them back on because it requires brakes to be put on first before you can put the tire on however there is no brake slot so taking the wheels off makes it so you can never put wheels on it again
