How Do I Download
I want this for my Pyro, how do I download this. I'm new to the TF2 workshop too.

You cant download it. It just become item in drop/trade system.
Buy it, drop it, play it.

You go get a late summer crate, you get a key for said crate, you uncrate, and then you hope you get one.

Guys, in this workshop, you dont download the workshop items *UNLESS THEY HAVE A LINK TO A MOD IN THE DESC*. You make the item. People review your item to see if its good enough to be in the game. You find/buy it In-Game.
