New Gene Mods

Gene Mods Added

This adds new gene mods based upon augmentations.

Universal Gene Modifications

Berserker Punch -> Arms -> 10 Supplies, 60 Crystalized Meld, 1 Berserker Corpse: Combining the raw strenghth of the Biozerker together with a good amount of alloys we are able to make a soldier STRONG.
