Following up on what I said in the comments, here's a list of all my currently active mods, one of which seems to be conflicting with this one. I've tried manually testing a couple of them by removing them from the modset one by one, but CK3 just takes so dang long to boot up on my computer that I wasn't able to get through all of them.
Holy Days: A Festive mod
Separate Name and Title - IE
The Catholic Trinity
Succession Expanded
Ethnicities & Portraits Expanded
Community Flavor Pack
CFP + EPE Compatibility Patch
Title-Ranked Portrait Borders (I already tried running the game without this one and it didn't resolve the issue)
Fullscreen Barbershop
Barbershop for Everyone
Extended Nicknames
Rename Characters and Dynasties
Thank you :)
Take a look at the files in them to see if they are compatible, then start the game and see if it works.
Perhaps the update will come after the "RC" release, but I'll do my best to make my mods more satisfying.
I have to report though that a lot of female unlanded characters ( especially those that are the family members of Kings or Queens ) got their title adress set as Top_liege, which would not be changed even if their status in court has changed. Daughters of Kingdom tier rulers and Queen Mothers almost always experience this bug. I play with CTP and CNP but couldn't figure out if there was any conflict between these mods.
Also, characters always has their addresses set to the main titles of their fathers, even if the latter was in a matrillineal marriage, for example if I am the queen of Italy and my king-consort became the king of Bavaria, all of my children born from the matrillineal marriage will bear the title XXX of Bavaria, and would continue to do so even if my consort died and the title passed to our children.
Moreover, if a duchy rank character was also the child of king or emperor ranked character, its title would display the main title of thier fathers rather than that of themselves. For example if my child ( from a matrillineal marriage ) was the Duke of Salerno and his father was the King of Bavaria, his titled would be displayed as the Duke of Bavaria, which was a bit bizzare.
Also as a small request of mine, would it be possible if the title adress could reflect a character's council position or specific traits, like a Symbasileus or something? Thanks, and thank you for the wonderful mod!
