FAQ and Other Ramblings
Is there there a point to X?

-Possibly not, several interactions in the room don't really progress the map, they are just there for fun.

Why so many musical events?

-I dunno, it wasn't exactly planned, just turned out that way.

I don't get the reference.

-It's possible you're not old enough, I'm old.

Why isn't this a longer map?
-Well, a couple of reasons. First, it's a lot of work to make some of the more elaborate parts of this room. It might be fairly obvious that the finale took some time, but even some of the gags in the first room were quite fiddly. Aside from that, I didn't want it to overstay it's welcome. It's not a traditional room (and I plan to make more of those) so I thought it would be good to be a brief departure from the norm.

Why aren't the puzzles harder?
-Primarily, because the purpose of the room was more about playing with expectations than burning your brain. More importantly, because so much of this room is non-intuitive or even counter-intuitive, I can't rely on people to work it out because the end result really makes no sense. I didn't want to get stuck in the "moon logic" of old point and click games where you use the pulley on the rubber chicken [shout out] and frustrate people. You can barely expect people to follow your line of thinking at the best of times with normal puzzles.

Why not make a "normal" map the same way?
-Maybe I will. Who knows?

A lot of this map was just me having ideas and then trying to deliver on them in the game with the limitations of the editor. I mostly got what I wanted in the end, but it seems to break in multiplayer a bit. Given that the map is so short, I'm hoping people will just play it solo. I spent probably 50% of my time on the room and the other 50% of the time working out the finale. For something that lasts maybe 30sec, I'm not sure it was worth the effort, but hopefully people enjoy it.
