On 2x3 and 3x3 screens.. the player location gets offset from the map, zooming out amplifies this. Unable to determine if the targets are facing the same problem.

@Strayer_J, Is your GPS directly under the radar? I'm unable to reproduce this bug. I've made some adjustments, I hope this solves your issue.
