I just saw someone with this very map, but it was almost like one of those void maps, with no lighting whatsoever.
The closest thing I know that can get to that is using the StormFox Environment mod and set the time to night to make things very dim, but as in "void map" I literally mean there was no light sources.
Either they were using a void version of this, which if they were, please link it, or there's something on this map I'm not aware of.
