Looking at the screenshots, Sae's deck should contain two copies of "Raging Upper Slash."

I just finished the mod and I tested this out with and without base mod (I always had Util DLL) and Sae's deck looked this like:

As you'd imagine, this resulted in getting light starved once emotion level 5 was hit fairly consistently.
Though, randomly, in the first two receptions,I did draw the two Raging Upper Slashes, but in the last reception, that I just finish, I had no such luck. I had nearly a full hand and I definitely had over 3 copies of Raging Flashes.

The mod is well put together and it isn't that difficulty so I still won, but I thought I'd point this out just in case.
