Not Working (Car Battery or any battery)
What should we do, or avoid any mods?

You need to check your position where you stand in order to access the battery input.

Once you do you basically drag it like the solar arrays mod.

I did notice that your character positioning is very touchy with regards to accessing the battery container. It took about 20 minutes to find a position that I could access it from.
