Question

I tried approaching ladders and right clicking as well as pressing E but nothing happened. I was in Eerie Country custom map however. Is it because custom ladders tiles are not supported by this mod?

Poltergeist has Project Zomboid

This could be the issue, the ladders list is manually generated. The mod includes also non vanilla ladders to some degree.
