Keys for Cars
1st question -- is there anyway to create a car key? for example i find a car without a lock, can the tools be used to create a car key that will fit to start that vehicle?

2nd question -- can you make keys for hotwired vehicles? like remove the hotwire from the car, and instead create a compatible key for that said car?
