So far, I have noticed only on issue - the Kanasaibou. It researches both types by just researching the (no spikes) variant. Not really a big deal and makes sense that you would get both, as it's just a basic variant and is practically the same weapon.

This was intentional. My line of thinking on this was that the differences were not drastic enough to need a separate research item. The spiked or normal version research should also research both. If it doesn't, I'll make sure to correct it.

This aside, is everything else working okay?
