Recipe list is empty on newest update

Bruh , I wanted to test if weapons are still dissapearing but recipe list from foundry is empty and I can't even produce any of them, all research , dev mode, vanilla no mods.

Everything works fine! Only 1 question, how do I take ammo with mechanoid when he is out of ammo using CE? I can;'t just pick it up.
