-Small update, backend improvements.
-NPCs can now target vehicles( Mad Vehicle )

UPDATE 6/23/2022

-Small update, backend improvements
-NPCs can now shoot at vehicles more consistently
-Metrocops no longer T-pose with shotguns
-Fixed the Infinity Blade not having a swinging sound
