Build Tool Dissapeared? (Single-player)

Hi, like the title says my tool has dissapeared from my SP world.

When i first downloaded this mod it worked fine, i could see the buttons down the bottom right but now the tool is gone, do i need to give myself admin or like re-enable it from the game files or something?? How does one fix this
