Thanks for reaching out.
The gitlab I'm using is managed by my friends and I, I tend to host my projects there but no problem with hosting the files on a github to open for more contributions (not sure if accounts are open to our gitlab).
The project is really messy for now, we wanted to have something that work to play with the expansion cards more than having a complete project. I was working on a README to add these details and precise things such as data structure for the cards as well as a bit of documentation on the functions.
I just added the scripts to my github account (https://github.com/spiderweak/iaww_tts). The expansion is available in a separate branch, don't hesitate to send your contributions there. And we'll be happy to work with you on improving the scripts.
We are thinking about doing a bit of refactoring on the source code, it will be necessary either way if we want to add more players to the game but I'm still not sure about how I'll rework it to fit 7 players and to have an interesting table structure for solo play.
I've accepted your steam friend request, you should have no trouble contacting me there.
